I'm no longer a season ticket holder, too long of a drive from Orlando! However, I do pay for the DirecTV NFL package every year JUST so I can suffer through all the Lions games. <BR/><BR/>I take all the snickering when I wear my Lions swag. I used to defend them, now I just agree with people who laugh. <BR/><BR/>I don't know what the answer is. I'd hope that the beating the team took from the media would spur Ford into SOME sort of action. I dunno, hire an experienced, intelligent GM who knows how to run a successful team, and give that GM "carte blanche" to do whatever needs to be done. Ford should sit back in the luxury box and just watch.<BR/><BR/>Every year, I start with renewed hope, yet sadly it seems it takes them less games every season to hit the "pathetic" mark. It doesn't even look like they're trying now.<BR/><BR/>All of this probably explains why I wear my Red Wings gear so much more now.Pete W.noreply@blogger.com
